Champions of Care
Thank you to our Alzheimer's charity sponsors
These Alzheimer's charity sponsors are our Champions of Care: the families and organizations whose generosity makes caring support possible at ADRC. Because of them, people living with Alzheimer's and other dementias, and the families who care for them, receive dignity, support and hope every day. Families, small businesses and organizations are always welcome to join them.
Your support changes lives
Champions of Care sponsors are more than donors. They are partners in our mission. The Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center (ADRC) is a nonprofit that has supported dementia caregivers in Orange and Seminole counties and across Central Florida since 1984. ADRC services for caregivers and care partners are provided at no cost, thanks to sponsors, donors and other funding sources. Learn who we are.
Their generosity directly supports essential programs, caregiver resources and meaningful daily experiences for the people we serve. Every name on this page stands for compassion in action.
When a family faces cancer, friends often rally with meals, cards and help. When it's dementia, many caregivers tell us people say "that's too bad" and move on. Our Champions of Care help close that gap, so no caregiver has to feel forgotten.
In a caregiver's week, that support looks like a free Care Navigation session after days of repeated questions, or after a long night of a husband asking to "go home" when he is already home. It looks like a support group for someone who can't leave the house, and a phone call that finally answers "where do I start?" Whether a caregiver is in crisis mode or just confused, there is somewhere to turn.
It also looks like free printable guides in our Caregiver Resource Library, and simple ways to use the power of music to connect with someone living with dementia.
From all of us at ADRC, and the families we serve, thank you for believing in dignity, compassion and community.
With gratitude, The ADRC Team
Sponsorship questions
Can nonprofits have sponsors?
Yes. Nonprofits like ADRC can have sponsors. Families, small businesses and organizations support ADRC as Champions of Care, and each sponsor level comes with recognition. Compare sponsor levels.
Are ADRC's sponsors the same as Alzheimer's Association sponsors?
No. ADRC is a local, community-based nonprofit. We are not affiliated with the Alzheimer's Association and do not receive income from them. Our Champions of Care sponsor ADRC directly, and their support stays in Central Florida.
How much does it cost to become a Champion of Care sponsor?
Sponsor levels include Diamond ($12,000 a year or $1,000 a month), Gold ($6,000 a year or $500 a month) and Silver ($2,400 a year). Compare sponsor levels and benefits or call (407) 436-7750.
What does my sponsorship pay for?
Your support keeps ADRC's services free to caregivers and care partners in Central Florida, including support groups, one-on-one Care Navigation, education, information and referral, and our Caregiver Resource Library. It helps a caregiver who is exhausted, confused or in crisis mode get guidance from people who understand.
How can my business or family become a sponsor?
Choose a Champions of Care level and sign up online, or email sponsorships@adrccares.org or call (407) 436-7750 with questions.
